We know that no two clients are alike and therefore no two programs are alike. In fact, we are known for
our ability to understand the unique issues surrounding a company or industry. We use that information to
develop a strategic approach. Long before words ever hit paper and screen, we'll have examined a client's goals,
the competition, issues, trends and other important elements that determine program development. We'll conduct
whatever qualitative or quantitative research may be necessary.
We are as much a research firm as we are a public relations firm. In fact, the depth of research we offer our
clients is not typically found in mid-size agencies. It is our solid belief that the most strategic communications
programs incorporate research at some level - as a foundation for a communications platform, to determine the best
point of entry into a marketplace, or as a means of measuring success.
We are guided by the idea that the strongest relationships are those that exist to sustain one another - a concept
that we have coined the "Triangle Principle." Even our logo pays homage to the idea that in order to achieve optimum
results, three key aspects - the client, the customer and the communications - must connect.
We develop partnerships with our clients - in fact a number of our client relationships extend beyond 10 years. We do
our best work when we are included in the planning and strategy, as well as the execution of programs.
