Crisis Communications
Even in the absence of a true crisis situation, a company should still be prepared to anticipate the
unexpected, a practice that we refer to as the "defensive driving" plan: understanding the issues/obstacles
that could be encountered, learning how to identify potential risks and knowing how to respond to avoid or
address a collision.
Through the years, LCWA has successfully guided clients through some of their worst-case scenarios including
product recalls, labor relations, natural disasters and health crises, while helping to avert others.
Preparation is an essential part of any crisis management plan. Our trained professionals help identify
members of the crisis management task force, establish a control and monitoring system and identify
important impacted audiences. Using only the most probable scenarios, we train appropriate spokespeople
and develop response strategies for a variety of crisis scenarios.
