Performance reviews are conducted every six months. In between, employees are encouraged to proactively hone
their skills by attending industry conferences and seminars. We are strong supporters of the public relations
industry associations: PRSA, IABC, Council of PR Firms and others.
Additionally, LCWA offers a variety of in-house professional development activities, including regular
brown bag lunches featuring presentations by staff members and guest speakers, as well as industry
teleconferences. We also have our own book club designed to keep our staff well read and to inspire discussion
regarding industry and career-related topics.
