Internal or Member Communications
We assess the impact of communications vehicles, pinpoint unmet needs and identify
opportunities for improvement. These assessments typically include qualitative
components — such as in-depth interviews and focus groups — and quantitative
web-based surveys and basic and advanced analyses. Assessments also provide a
baseline for measuring progress.
Stakeholder Communications
Most of our clients hold important relationships with a complex array of stakeholders
— community leaders, suppliers, community residents, employees, customers and
others. We work with organizations to assess the communications between all of
these entities and identify opportunities for improvement.
Media Outreach

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
CLIMATE INDEX™
LCWA’s Internal Communication Climate Index™, is a quantitative tool that assesses five critical dimensions of effective internal communication:
- Mutual Purpose
- Employee Advocacy
- Information Flow
- Senior Leadership
- Direct Supervisor
Based on responses to survey questions, the performance rating of each dimension is calculated to provide a dashboard of strengths and improvement areas within the internal communication climate of the organization.
An overall score is calculated as a summary of all five dimension performance ratings to compare the organization’s overall communication effectiveness.
