Senior Account Executive
Anna works on account teams across a variety of industries, predominately in the medical and non-profit sectors. She writes press materials, conducts research, and builds relationships with target media and influencers in order to help clients reach their public relations goals. She also assists with monitoring, measuring and analyzing results to ensure programs are meeting goals.
- Pitching and securing media placements for clients in local, regional and national outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, Healio, WebMD, the New York Times – Wirecutter and Refinery29.
- Communicating the importance of healthy sleep through creative storytelling and research for the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM).
- Driving visibility and expert positioning for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) through targeted media outreach.
- Assisting with COVID-19 communications and monitoring and reporting on earned media coverage for the Urgent Care Association (UCA).
Anna joined the LCWA team after working in a marketing role at a medical practice in Milwaukee. Prior to that, she worked as an account executive at a boutique advertising agency, where she managed public relations for a range of B2C and non-profit clients. Following her college graduation in 2017, she worked as a marketing coordinator at an advertising agency, where she managed social media campaigns, media trafficking and reporting for a range of B2B clients.
Anna is an active member of the Chicago chapter of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
Anna grew up in Appleton, Wisconsin. She attended the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Advertising and Media Studies and a minor in Communication. While in school she worked as a fundraiser for the UW—Milwaukee Alumni Society and interned at an advertising agency.
