Cheryl has more than 15 years of experience in brand and product promotion for clients ranging from food and beverage to interior decor and home improvement brands. She is responsible for strategic program development and management with expertise in media relations, social integration and event and experiential marketing.

Job Highlights

  • Successfully managing integrated communications campaigns to generate awareness and trial for new products, drive preference for existing products and celebrate milestones for some of the world’s most iconic brands.
  • Effectively driving purchase intent and ROI for Manwich through a multi-tired social influencer campaign.
  • Gaining coverage for The Hershey Company on “Today,” “Good Morning America” and “Fox and Friends.”
  • Managing celebrity spokesperson campaigns with Carmen Electra, Ashlee Simpson, Lauren Conrad, Carl Lewis, Michael Johnson and Bruce Jenner.

Before LCWA

Cheryl began her career at LCWA working with interior decor and home improvement clients. She then spent 10 years working on a variety of food and beverage brands at JSH&A, coming back to LCWA when the firm merged with LCWA in 2017.

Involvement

Cheryl has earned a multitude of public relations industry honors which include a PR News Platinum PR Award and two PRSA Bronze Anvil Awards nationally.

Education

Cheryl graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism/public relations.
