Greg leads LCWA’s in-house research team. With three decades of professional experience, he draws on his broad experience to help clients identify, develop and leverage strategies that will achieve measurable objectives. Greg has designed and executed research programs for companies in the home products, education, healthcare, banking and transportation industries — as well as government agencies and non-profit associations. He works extensively with qualitative and quantitative methodologies, both as stand-alone initiatives and as part of comprehensive, multi-phase research programs. Greg is a seasoned facilitator, focus group moderator and executive interviewer.

Before LCWA
Greg worked as a research executive for both a consulting group and a research firm specializing in consumer branding. He also has served in management positions in several industries, including telecommunications, energy production/distribution and manufacturing.

Involvement
Greg is a second-term trustee for the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Research Foundation and an adult literacy tutor for Literacy Volunteers of Western Cook Country.

Education
Greg hails from Seattle and possesses bachelor’s and master’s degrees in journalism — as well as a law degree from Michigan State University’s DCL College of Law. He also holds Professional Researcher Certification at the expert level from the Marketing Research Association.

Fun Fact
Greg is a motorcycle enthusiast who can be seen riding the rural roads of Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin with his wife Dina on summer weekends.
