Heidi has an eye for detail and a love of research. She manages research projects, designs questionnaires, collects and codes data and analyzes results on behalf of our clients.

Job Highlights

• Working on the Society for Vascular Surgery Physicians Study from start to finish, which formed the foundation of fact-based planning for the organization
• Leading data integration and analysis for an eBay employee satisfaction and engagement study
• Developing, conducting and analyzing a survey of experts to drive a consumer media program for La-Z-Boy

Before LCWA
Heidi worked at the one of the nation’s premier not-for-profit organizations designing, executing and reporting various qualitative and quantitative research and measurement projects. She is a skilled focus group moderator and interviewer and an experienced trainer and supervisor of telephone interviewers.

Involvement
Heidi is a member of the American Public Health Association, the Marketing Research Association and the Illinois Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations.

Education
Heidi is from Steubenville, Ohio. She attended The Ohio State University, where she earned a masters of public health degree as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology and a bachelor of arts degree in sociology.

Heidi loves traveling and her favorite destination is Las Vegas.
