Terri has managed the day-to-day needs of the office and has overseen the essential administrative staff for nearly five years.

Job Highlights

• Establishing a measurement system for our clients that is now working like a well-oiled machine
• Finding a way to mail 16-inch replica Grohe showerheads so that they would arrive beautifully
• Leveraging a love of animals into ideas and contributions for the Eureka Pet Lover and Animal Emergency Treatment Center programs.

Before LCWA
Terri came to LCWA with nearly 20 years of experience from agencies large and small in both the office manager and account executive capacities. She also served as an advertising coordinator and sports stringer at a suburban newspaper.

Involvement
Terri is an active member of H.E.L.P. (Homes for Endangered and Lost Pets), assisting with their marketing efforts and staffing adoption events.

Education
A native of St. Charles, Ill., Terri has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Northern Illinois University.

Fun Fact
Terri is our resident NASCAR expert, and loves all kinds of racing. Her dream is to go to one of the races at Talladega.
